Consultation Services

For kitchen design consultations, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with the initial consultation session.

Design Services

For kitchen design projects, a 50% refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of service initiation. After design work has begun, refunds are not available but modifications can be made within the agreed scope.

Project Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances change and will work with clients on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment processor.
